Jeremiah 8:22I was at a prayer gathering in January of 2017 in Providence, RI where prophet and evangelist Chad Taylor of Consuming Fire Ministries was visiting. During a time of ministry in the prophetic, he spoke these words over me. "I see 50 gallons of oil." A few weeks later I heard God call me to go to the 50 states and hold a nightwatch in each state. This is a quite a big assignment, so I asked God to confirm it. A week later, I bumped into friends and missionaries Bob and Trisha Koo of Fresh Living Water Ministries, who happened to be in my state just for the night. As soon as Bob came up to me, he said "I see a barrel of oil." He also said that when I travel to the 50 states, that I would release God's fire. I got my confirmation. It was settled in my heart that I would travel to the states and hold a nightwatch−8 hours of non-stop worship and prayer. Within a week or so, I heard God tell me to go the New England states first. He gave me the order of states (MA, RI, CT, NH, ME, VT)¹ and the months to travel, which were from January through June of 2018. When I was planning for the final New England state of Vermont, God told me to go to New York next. He seemed to attach New York to New England. It was during the Vermont nightwatch that God clearly showed me on a US map that He wanted me to connect New York to New England. It became clear to me the following year why this was so. A year later, God called me to have a nightwatch for these 7 states and He called it a "Deliverance for the Northeast." Following the Vermont nightwatch in June, I asked God if He wanted me and my team to take the summer off. I clearly heard Him respond, "Boots on the ground." As I leaned in to hear my instructions for future nightwatches, I heard God give me the next 6 states, which more or less followed the east coast southward (NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC) and the months in which to hold them, which were July through December of 2018. The Maryland nightwatch is one that stands out. This is when God highlighted to me that He wanted me to do a prophetic act which would symbolize God's healing oil being poured out onto the heart of America, including the hearts of the individual states. As I prepared at home for this nightwatch, God led me to a prophetic message given by the prophet Kim Clement (RIP) on a YouTube video entitled "Kim Clement Prophecy of America and a Woman Named Esther."² In this message, Kim says, "There shall be a woman that shall come and God said there shall be oil that shall be poured upon the nation and they shall suddenly feel the healing and they shall say 'It is well with my soul'...And she'll pour the oil that shall come from the Spirit of the Lord Himself." I played this video five consecutive times and all the while, was filled with God's holy laughter. During this time, I heard God give me an assignment to carry out while at the Maryland nightwatch. He told me take a bottle of olive oil and to pour it out over the US vision board I made (The original vision of the US map with heart and fire was made on a 3 by 4 foot board covered with plexiglass). The oil was to represent the healing oil of Gilead. Before it was my time to pray over the map of America, the pastor of the church said to the people gathered, "I feel a presence here tonight just like I felt when I was in the presence of Kim Clement." At this time, Kim was already joined with the cloud of witnesses. A few hours later when I got up to lead in prayer over America, I started off with playing the message of Kim Clement over the church's sound system. This was something I had already planned to do prior to the nightwatch. I then read God's words from Jeremiah 8:18,21. "My sorrow is beyond healing; my heart is faint within me!..."For the brokenness of the daughter of my people I am broken; I mourn, dismay has taken hold of me. Is there no balm in Gilead?" I then cried out "Yes! There is hope for America! Yes! There is healing for the broken heart of America!'" I then took the oil and poured it out over the entire US map/board which lay on the floor. Next, I knelt down and placed my hand over each individual state and prayed these words aloud, "We speak healing to the heart of ____." As I prayed aloud over the 50 states, moving from the east to the west, I wept audibly.³ I believe the oil that God is pouring out over America is the oil of joy or gladness, as is found in Isaiah 61:3.⁴ Joy is known to bring healing to the heart, as we learn particularly in the book of Proverbs. In chapter 15, we read, "A joyful heart makes a cheerful face, but when the heart is sad, the spirit is broken."⁵ In chapter 17, we read, "A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones."6 Proverbs 18 states, "The spirit of a man can endure his sickness, but as for a broken spirit who can bear it?"⁷ A person who has a broken spirit is a person without hope. Similarly, a people or nation who possess a broken spirit or heart, are a people without hope. I believe God loves America and that He wants to give hope to America. After I completed the US map vision on the 3 by 4 foot board, God gave me a wonderful confirmation that I was hearing from Him. I came upon a prophetic word released through a prophetess named Veronika West from Ireland. In this word given on July 5, 2016, she says "I saw the nation of America in the shape of a large heart...as I looked again at the brokenness of the heart, suddenly I heard the sound of deep laughter that came out of the heavens and I saw the Father's tears rolling down His beautiful face...with every tear of joy that fell from the Father's face, the heart of stone began to be healed and fully restored...Each tear was life-giving...I then saw every deep crack and badly broken place within the heart suddenly and completely renewed, restored and made whole. The Father laughed!"⁸ In Psalm 2:4, the Bible tells us, "He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord scoffs at them." God is laughing and mocking His enemies that are trying to steal, kill and destroy America. We read in Job 5, verse 22, “You will laugh at destruction and famine." After reading the word given by Veronika West, I realized the cause of my laughter that wouldn't let up while listening to the video of Kim Clement's message (5 times). I was filled with God's laughter! I decree God is reviving and restoring the sick, broken heart of America with the oil of joy that flows from His Holy Spirit.
